I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Flachau. The owners went above and beyond to make sure guests felt valued and well taken care of. They were always smiling, helpful, and happy to have a conversation. The staff truly epitomized customer-oriented service. Additionally, the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast, which was included in the price. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with a stream nearby and shops just in front. the hotel provided excellent value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities like a parking place and playground for children.
